Manufacturing

Woodart is 100% vertical in terms of manufacturing. From timber yard to final finished products our capabilities are all in-house.An inhouse state of the art chemical treatment plant is used to treat all the wood before production.Currently we are in the process of setting up a modern seasoning plant which will give us additional capacity.

We believe our artisans are the most important asset of our company. We provide artisans with purified drinking water. We maintain first aid facilities at our factories. We also organize regular health camps at our facility to provide routine check-ups to the artisans who may not otherwise have access to routine care.

As part of this process, our artisans and their families receive free medical checkups.

It’s the skills of these craftsmen and others that give our products a distinctive and unique quality.The purpose of Aspiration was to uplift and highlight the artisans in the interiors of North India. This allows them to share knowledge and skills to cultivate themselves with enthusiasm and direction, to initiate their own units and become independent, where the artisans can grow their income and support their families.

Storage and Packaging Facility

We have maintained a spacious storage unit in a widely sprawling area for having maximum as well as arranged storage of finished goods. This unit is divided into different sections so as to keep products categorically, as this aid in easy identification of goods at the time of final dispatch.We also continuously train our artisans on various aspects of production .The entire premises is monitored by CCTV cameras. We safely loaded goods in container in our premises .We are a socially compliant production setup. We comply with all relevant legislation and standards and, where appropriate, applying industrial best practice standards. Developing, implementing and maintaining . The warehouse of our firm is maintained completely pest and moisture free to ensure the safety of the stored Handicraft Items. Our store is properly connected with major shipment network, due to which logistic experts get ease in providing on-time delivery of orders at the patrons’ destination. Further, to look afterall the tasks of our warehouse and maintain it, we have employed a team of deft storekeepers. In addition to appropriate storage, our enterprise pay optimum attention towards the secure packaging of offered products. All our products are packaged by a team of packaging experts using qualitative as well as attractive material at the sound packing unit. These experts make use of latest packaging machines and tools to pack the entire offerings. The packaging work done by our experts not only ensure safe transit but also provide easy identification and retrieval of consignments at the time of end delivery.
